·                  Resolve user VPN access issues (IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard) and manage ACL configurations.

Required Experience & Skills

·                  Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on IT support and systems engineering in fast-growing technical environments.

·                  macOS Expertise: Shell scripting (Zsh/Bash), system configuration management (.plist), and deep OS-level diagnostics.
