Position Title: Salesforce Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Nintex DocGen, Apex testing, and Playwright automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce implementations, ensuring application quality, automating test scenarios, and supporting end-to-end testing of Salesforce-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, custom objects, and security settings.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Develop and execute automated UI and API test scripts.
• Validate document generation processes using Nintex DocGen.
• Verify accuracy of generated documents, templates, data mapping, and business rules.
• Review and execute Apex unit tests and support code coverage requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

Salesforce

• 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong understanding of:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Custom Objects
• Flows
• Validation Rules
• Reports & Dashboards
• Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets

Salesforce Administration

• Experience testing Salesforce administrative configurations.
• Knowledge of security model and data management processes.

Nintex DocGen

• Hands-on experience testing Nintex DocGen solutions.
• Ability to validate document templates, merge fields, and automated document generation workflows.

Apex

• Understanding of Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
• Ability to review and validate Apex unit test results and code coverage.

Automation Testing

• Strong experience with Playwright automation framework.
• Experience automating:
• UI testing
• Regression testing
• End-to-end testing
• API validation
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

Testing Tools

• Jira
• Azure DevOps
• Git/GitHub
• Test management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
