About the role
PMT specializing in User behaviour analysis, and architecting User Experience (UX)/User Journey Designs Request
- Growth Segments operates in highly diverse and underserved markets, and many customer requests initially appear as product capabilities; however, determining whether those capabilities will be successfully adopted requires a deeper understanding of the full ecosystem journey.
- We require expertise to build upon end-user behaviour led and end-user journey led solution discovery that sits between product management, customer discovery, and solution design.
- The proposed level 5 PM-T will focus on designing and mapping end-to-end business journeys across farmers, agents, cooperatives, buyers, input suppliers, and financial institutions, and how they interact with the solution before, during, and after a capability is delivered – Validating real-world behaviours, operating models, and economics; Going beyond whether and how a feature can be built, but whether it can realistically be adopted, by solving for the end user pain points, incentivising change in user behaviour and mapping alternative journey designs that may better achieve the intended outcome. The challenge is therefore not simply defining product requirements, but understanding whether the proposed experience is operationally viable, economically sustainable, and likely to drive adoption at scale with measurable business outcomes.
What you will do

- Persona-based user behaviour and user experience design across all stakeholder groups within the ecosystem
- End to end workflow discovery and operating model analysis
- Adoption risk identification and mitigation
- Solution experimentation beyond current product boundaries
- Any tool like Figma for presentation
