Data Scientist - Onsite, OH

Data Scientist needed for Ocean Blue Solutions, Inc. located in Powell, OH. Develop AI and data science solutions for enterprise data platforms using machine learning, generative AI, and cloud-based data engineering technologies. Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems, incorporating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, natural language querying over structured data, and content generation strategies. Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize operational metrics, productivity analytics, and machine learning insights. Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to create analytics ready datasets. Migrate and integrate data from heterogeneous systems into centralized data warehouse environments using SQL based ETL pipelines. Will assist client located throughout the U.S. Master’s Degree in Data Science or directly related and 3 years of experience performing the duties above. Must be willing to travel or relocate.
