About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products within a complex, high-volume enterprise environment. This role will partner with business leaders, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products that improve customer and associate experiences while driving measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines customer-focused thinking, strong commercial judgment, technical understanding, and data-driven decision-making. This individual will establish a clear product vision, translate business needs into actionable priorities, and guide products throughout their lifecycle—from discovery and development through launch, adoption, and optimization.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives aligned with broader business priorities.
· Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research, feedback, data analysis, and direct stakeholder engagement.
· Translate business opportunities and user needs into clear product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, and level of effort.
· Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, Quality Assurance, and Operations throughout the product-development lifecycle.
· Lead product discovery activities, including problem definition, market research, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and concept validation.
· Establish key performance indicators and use product data to evaluate performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and return on investment.
· Make informed prioritization decisions using quantitative data, qualitative insights, business strategy, and technical considerations.
· Facilitate alignment among business and technology stakeholders regarding scope, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and expected outcomes.
· Collaborate with Agile teams during backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Support iterative delivery by defining minimum viable products, testing assumptions, gathering feedback, and adjusting priorities as needed.
· Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities with Marketing, Communications, Training, Support, Operations, and other partners.
· Monitor product performance after launch and identify opportunities to improve usability, reliability, adoption, and business value.
· Identify and manage product risks, cross-team dependencies, and delivery constraints.
· Ensure products meet applicable security, privacy, accessibility, legal, compliance, and data-governance requirements.
· Communicate product progress, decisions, risks, and results clearly to team members, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.
· Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including modernization, enhancement, consolidation, and retirement when appropriate.
· Stay informed about customer expectations, industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies.
