Position Summary
Â
Responsible for the effective elicitation, capture, and use of Business requirements for Sales division key systems including but not limited Salesforce.com and SAP EEC. Â Responsible for working with Technology to deliver solutions, test solutions and ensure business stakeholder approval.Â

Position Accountabilities
Â
- Works closely with the business users and Technology to elicit and capture business requirements around updates and enhancements to existing Business Applications.
- Works closely with the business users and Technology to manage business expectations and ensure appropriate delivery of requested solutions (including end user testing)
- Drives end user testing (UAT) to ensure quality of delivered application changes.
- Drives interactive meetings with management to develop requirements based on business needs.Â
- Works cross-functionally with Technology to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems.Â

What we're looking for
Education/Experience/Technological Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science
- 2-5 years of experience gathering requirements, documenting requirements and working in a collaborative agile setting.
- Proficiency in adhering to all required activities in each phase of the project, including Discovery, Requirements, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operations
- Requires extensive experience with standard software development project management processes (SDLC, waterfall, RUP, agile, etc.).
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.Â
- SAP ECC and/ or SAP CRM experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; specifically customer interaction
- Good organization and planning
- Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Word)
