About the role
Our client is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of Databricks data and analytics projects . You’ll manage multiple concurrent engagements, drive project governance, and ensure customers achieve successful adoption of modern data platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of Databricks projects—from short advisory engagements to multi‑month implementations.
- Define scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure strong financial and milestone tracking.
- Partner with account teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and outcomes.
- Support customer success by driving structured program execution and proactive issue resolution.
What You Bring
- 8+ years managing big data or analytics projects, including multi‑resource teams and engagements.
- Experience leading enterprise‑scale or global deployments in the data/analytics domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile/PMI/PRINCE2 methodologies (certifications preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑mentoring skills.
- High initiative, resourcefulness, and commercial awareness (T&M + Fixed Price).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
