What you'll do
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple integrations and vendors.
- Experience managing project budgets, resource forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects operating in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Global Trade Management (GTM), Trade Compliance, Customs, Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution Center operations.
- Experience implementing enterprise applications such as GTM, ERP, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain platforms.
- Experience working with customs brokers, trade compliance teams, and global import/export processes.
- Experience leading large-scale software implementations involving system integrations and data migration.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
What we're looking for
Role Expectations:
- This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex cross-functional projects that improve trade compliance, customs reporting, inventory visibility, duty optimization, and operational efficiency across the global supply chain.
- Partner closely with leaders across Global Trade, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of technology and process modernization initiatives. The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and experience overseeing enterprise system implementations with significant integration and organizational change components
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
- Establish and manage project scope, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology delivery.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and vendors while maintaining program-level visibility.
- Track vendor deliverables, implementation milestones, contractual commitments, and overall performance.
- Coordinate solution design reviews, testing activities, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure vendors are aligned to project objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
