About the role
Job Description :
- Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
- At least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience working as a Business Solution Analyst, utilizing analytical methodologies and practices in support of IT projects.
- At least three (3) years of experience providing Business Analyst support for a large, complex technical solution.
- At least one (1) year of experience supporting a State Benefits system utilizing a Salesforce development environment using Nintex DocGen.
- Served as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills to: Gather business and technical requirements; Document and analyze requirements; Validate requirements and proposed solutions; Perform data analysis; Identify, analyze, and address application problems and issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Documentation - Collaborated with business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain process and application documentation for Salesforce applications, including: Use cases, applications,. Detailed solution/design documentation, Workflow diagrams, Reference guides, User manuals.
- Candidate must possess at least one currently active Salesforce certification.
