Specific Duties and Projects
• Critical production support for the DTE, Finder, Fairfax applications
• Assist in the SQL Server database administration tasks
• Assist the Application development team with the database requests
• Participate in the Disaster Recovery process
• Assist the DBAsand the programmer with the database upgrades, security patches, and performance issues.
• Address the compliance issues raised by the IRS related to database access, security and configuration.
• Support day today production operations including troubleshooting the issues with performancee, software bugs.
• Setting up alerts for the system thresholds for the database.
• Create metrics forr system performance
• Assist with DB support for the snowflake data lake environment
