Program Manager - Hybrid, OH
Submission Due Date: 06/12/2026 Client - State of Ohio will be primarily onsite, with the option to work remotely one day eachweek Coordinate and manage multiple IT projectsacross the agency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Gather and document project requirements fromstakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors. Schedule and facilitate project meetings,providing clear agendas and follow-up communications to keep all participantsinformed and engaged. Track project progress, proactively addressingpotential delays and following up with team members to ensure timely completionof tasks. Prepare and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation, including status reports, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in developing Requests for Information(RFI), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Requests for Proposals (RFP) asneeded for project procurement. Keep project data and updates current withinthe Monday project management platform, ensuring transparency and accessibilityfor all stakeholders. Work with other members of project managementteam, including project managers, process improvement specialist, and businessanalsyst to ensure proper resource alignment across all agency projects, andassist lead project portfolio manager with ensuring project information isreadily available to be reported out to CIO and executive leadership.
