This position is 100% Remote--Must work Eastern Time Zone office hours.

Interviews will be conducted via MS-Teams

Qualifications:

10 years of experience working (modifying, creating, and developing) with UniVerse;

10 years of experience working developing and testing code using PIC basic code;

10 years of experience using UNIX.

Strong ability to work independently or in a group project setting. 

Strong oral and written communication skills, tools and techniques, requirements analysis, and documentation.

Strong ability to analyze data and information.

Applicant must have excellent communications skills.

The applicant must have prior experience with large scale projects that include financial applications, business process improvement or business transformation.

The applicant must possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

10 years of direct CUBS experience working (modifying, creating, and developing) with UniVerse;

10 years of direct CUBS experience developing and testing code using PIC basic code;

Ideal candidates will have experience as both administrator and a developer of 10 years or more; and

5 years of experience upgrading CUBS software packages.

Experience with Debt Collection terminology and Debt Collections processes
